Our Take
A solid, reliable Guinness in a proper Irish pub setting. JB's has been family-run since 1993 and consistently delivers a good pint — dark with a nice tan head, though it doesn't always dome up the way you'd hope. Flavour is on point with good bitterness and a smooth mouthfeel. The bartenders know what they're doing and the two-part pour is respected here. Rumour has it they sell more Guinness per year than any other bar in Australia. A great spot for a quality pint with the legendary Sunday roast.
