Our Take
The gold standard in Perth. Every pint we've had here has been near-perfect — jet black with a creamy, domed head that lasts to the bottom of the glass. The pour is textbook: patient two-part with a proper settle. Flavour is rich, roasty, and smooth with that signature dry finish. Chef-owned and run since the late '90s, Fibber McGee's is an institution on Newcastle Street. If you're chasing the best Guinness in Perth, this is the benchmark.
